Who we are

We build the operating system for schools

MQurious Technology is a product company focused on one problem: the software a school runs on is usually a pile of disconnected tools. We bring the school, the classroom and the learner into a single platform.

Our mission

Give every school one clear picture

An administrator should be able to open a dashboard and see the whole institution. A teacher should take a register without opening a second system. A parent should see the same truth as the school. A student should know exactly where they stand.

That is the whole idea behind MQurious. Not more software for a school to manage, but less — with the records that matter held once, accurately, and visible to the people entitled to see them.

What we stand for

Four commitments that shape the product

Built for schools, not around them

Every feature starts from a real school day: taking the register, publishing homework, generating a report card before the bell. If it does not remove work for staff, it does not ship.

  • Designed around the academic calendar
  • Roles match how a school is actually staffed
  • Works for a single teacher as well as a large campus

One record, shared honestly

A mark entered by a teacher is the mark the student sees, the parent is told about and the leadership team reports on. Transparency is a feature, not a setting.

  • Students and parents see their own records
  • No reconciliation between parallel spreadsheets
  • Clear role-based limits on who sees what

Learning that reaches past the classroom

Because the academic record already lives in the platform, aptitude assessments and career pathways can be matched to what a student is genuinely strong at, rather than to a generic recommendation.

  • Career guidance grounded in real performance data
  • Course and certification library
  • Progress tracked across the whole journey

Trust is the product

We hold student and family records, so the bar is higher than for ordinary software. Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs, and a documented breach process.

  • Student data is never sold or used for advertising
  • FERPA and COPPA aware deployments
  • Export or deletion on request
How we work

Getting a school onto the platform

Implementation is where most school software quietly fails. Here is the sequence we run.

  1. 01

    Listen to the school first

We start with the processes a school already runs, not a feature list. That means mapping the academic calendar, the reporting lines and the spreadsheets people have quietly relied on for years.

  2. 02

    Move the data once

Records are imported, normalised and reconciled up front, so staff stop maintaining parallel systems on day one.

  3. 03

    Roll out in stages

Attendance and timetable usually go first because they pay for themselves immediately. Academics, reports and career modules follow once the rhythm is established.

  4. 04

    Keep improving in the open

Feedback from live schools shapes the roadmap, and changes are communicated to customers rather than appearing silently.
